COOKER RAVA UPMA
Upma ia a healthy breakfast dish.
This dish will serve 2 people
INGREDIENTS
1 cup rawa
half chopped carrot
1 small potato
chopped beans one small cup
frozen peas
1 onion
1 tomato
oil
turmeric
asafoetida
salt
green chilly 2 to 3
ginger
curry leaves
PROCEDURE
Take a dry pan heat it add rawa and fry foor about 5 mins till roasted on a slow flame.
Now remove the rawa and keep it separately.
Pour some oil add mustard seeds, curry leaves, ginger, urad dhall, green chilly, asafoetida and onions fry for about 2 mins.
Now add tomatoes and other vegetables one by one.
Add salt ,turmeric cover the pan with lid and allow it to boil for about 5 to 6 mins.
Now remove the lid and check whether the vegetables have boiled .
Fry till all the water gets evaporated.
Now add water for semiya ( 1 cup = 1 1/2 cup of water)
Now add water and add the rava slowly and transfer it to the small cooker and let it cook for 1 whistle.
Your cooker upma is ready to taste.
