Beans
1 Spoon mustard
1 Spoon jeera
1 Spoon chenna dhal
1 Spoon urad dhal
Curry leaves
2 to 3 Dry chillies
Asafoetida
Oil
Salt
PROCEDURE:
STEP 1
Chop the beans and steam it with little salt and turmeric.
STEAMING PROCEDURE IN A COOKER: Take a bowl with holes and put the chopped beans with turmeric and salt. When you keep in side the cooker first keep a bowl half filled with water on top of the bowl keep the steaming vessel .Cover the cooker and allow it to cook for 2 to 3 whistles)
Alternate way u can even stem the dhal using the idly pan for 10 to 15 mins
STEP 2
Take a pan pour 2 spoons of oil allow it to heat and add mustard, jeera,chenna dhal,urad dhal,curry leaves,dry chillies , asafoetida and fry till all everything gets roasted.
Now add the STEAMED BEANS and fry for about 2 to 3 mins.
Now your curry is ready to serve .
