HEALTHY EASY VEGGIE TIKKA MASALA


INGREDIENTS

peas -1/2 cup
Carrots - 1/2 cup
Cauliflower - 1/2 cup
Potato - 1/2 cup
bell pepper 1/2 cup
Yogurt  - 1 cup
Lemon juice  - 1 teaspoon
Ginger - 1 inch. (chopped)
Garlic - 3 (chopped)
Onions - 2 (chopped)
Turmeric Powder  - 1/2 teaspoon
Red chilli powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon
Oil/Butter - 2 tablespoon
Cardamom - 2-3 no's
Coriander leaves - A bunch
Pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
Salt to taste

PROCEDURE

1)First blend together yogurt, onion, ginger and garlic to a smooth mixture
.2)Add lemon juice, pepper, required salt to the ground mixture and mix well.
3)Stir in chilly powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder ,chatmasala 
curry powder and some coriander leaves to the mixture. Blend until smooth
.4)Heat butter/oil in a pan and saute the ground masala until oil appears on top.Add tomato puree
5)Stir in chopped veggies and stir well. Add remaining coriander leaves and cook with a covered lid in low flame until the veggies are done.
6)Vegetable tikka masala, recipe is ready.
