MIXED VEGETABLE CHEELA

INGREDIENTS

FOR  MAKING BATTER

1 cup besan
1 tsp ajwain
1 tsp jeera powder
half spoon salt
half spoon turmeric
water

FOR MAKING VEGETABLE STUFFING
1 tomato
1 cup shredded cabbage
1 cup shredded carrots
1 cup frozen peas
1 cup smashed potatoes
oil
1 tsp salt
1 spoon curry powder
pinch of turmeric
chopped celantro
1 jeera
1 spoon chopped ginger
1 spoon chopped garlic
1 spoon green chillies

PROCEDURE
Take a frying pan pour some oil now add jeera let it splutter now add the ginger ,garlic and green chillies ,tomatoes,curry powder,salt ,turmeric and fry nicely till the tomatoes becomes mushy.
Now add all the vegetables one by one and mix it gently till it is coated with all the masalas.
Allow it to cook for 10  mins and atlast add the smashed potatoes and finally garnish it with celantro.

In a big mixing bowl add besan,ajwain,jeera powder,salt,turmeric and water and mix it nicely like a dosa batter without any lumps.
Keep it aside.






Take the dosa pan and spread the dosa batter spread some oil and wait till it becomes roasted .
Now flip  the batter and allow it to roast.c

Add the vegetable  mix in the middle and roll it gently and serve .



Your mixed vegetable cheela is ready.
