INGREDIENTS NEEDED
oil
curryleaves
shahi jeera
clove
lavang
1 cup thinly sliced capsicum
1 cup beans
half cup peas
potatoes chopped
3 big onions
salt
1 cup cooked rice
FOR MAKING PASTE
8 TO 10 cloves of garlic
ginger
1 bunch of corinder leaves
3 to 4 green chilles
SPICE POWDER NEEDED
2 spoon of rasam powder(this is a special touch which i have tried personally and it also gave a good taste
)
1 spoon red chilly powder
pinch of turmeric
asafoetida
METHOD
Take a pan pour some oil and allow it to heat,
Now add shahi jeera , clove ,patta ,curryleaves and fry .
Add onions and fry till it becomes brown.
Add rasam powder, chilly powder,asafoetida,chilly powder and fry nicely.
Add the chopped veggies, salt and fry .
Take a blender add ginger,garlic,coriander leaves,greenchilly and blend it nicely.
Add the green paste once the veggies are completely cooked .
Let it cook for 10 minutes .
Now add the cooked rice and mix it well .
Tasty rice is ready.
