Spicy sweet corn masala curry

Sweet corn masala curry is a filling and flavourul recepi!
It is a spicy curry with the blend of Indian Spices. This curry goes well with roti and pulov.





Ingredients


  • Onion and greenchilly puree
  • Tomato puree
  • Kas kas , cashew , coconut , roasted gram paste ( white paste )
  • Celantro
  • Asafoetida
  • Jeera
  • Oil
  • Salt
  • Bay leaf
  • Ginger garlic paste
  • Chilly powder
  • Dhaniya powder 1 tsp
  • Pudhina chat powder or pudhina leaf 
  • Palak paneer masala powder or pav bhaji masal a powder 1 tsp
  • Sugar half spoon
  • Sweet corn kennels
  • Quarter cup yoghurt






Procedure


  • Take a cooker pour some oil add jeera and bay leaf fry nicely.
  • Add the ginger garlic paste and onion green chilly puree and fry for 2 mins.
  • Now add the tomato puree and the white paste mixture and mix well.






  •  Now add all the masala powders mentioned in the ingredients list along with salt sugar and allow it to boil for 2 mins.

  • Now add the corn kennels and cover the lid and cook gor 2 to 3 whistles.
  • Wait till the steam goes off completely and allow it to boil if it is watery till it becomes thick.






  •  Add a quarter cup of yoghurt and cook for 2 mins .
  • Garnish with some celantro .





  • Serve with nan , chapati or pulav.
