INGREDIENTS
1 cup baby potato boiled ,peeled and diced
1 cup onion chopped
oil 2 tsp
half spoon mustard
1 spoon urad dhal
celantro chopped
asafoetida a pinch
turmeric powder hlf spoon
chilly powder 1 spoon
dhaniya powder 1 spoon
curry leaves
PROCEDURE
Take a pan pour oil allow it to heat now add mustard seeds let it splutter now add urad dhal, , onions , curry leaves and salt fry for about 2 mins.
In a small cup add the turmeric powder,chilly powder dhaniya powder little water and make it into a paste.
Now add this masala paste in the pan and fry till the oil raises up.
Add the diced onions and fry in a slow flame till the potato gets roasted.
Transfer it to a serving bowl.
Garnish with celantro.
Your curry is ready.
