Ingredients:
4 medium sized papads
1 tbsp yoghurt
1 tbsp ghee
1 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp dhaniya powder
1 tsp garam masala
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1/4 jeera
¼ heeng
1/4 tsp cumin seeds
2 chopped onions
1 chopped tomato
1 cup plain boondhi
1 tsp chopped coriander
Salt
2 cup water
1/2 spoon ginger garlic paste
2 spoons besan
PROCEDURE
In a separate bowl add curd ,turmeric,chilly powder,salt , 1 spoon besan
water and mix it nicely.
Take a pan pour some oil add jeera ,ginger garlic paste, curry leaves,green chillies,onions ,hing and fry till onions start to change its colour.
Now add tomato fry and add dhaniya powder ,garam masala powder,besan ,salt and water cover the pan and allow it to cook for 7 to 8 mins till the tomato onion paste becomes thick.
Meanwhile roast the papads in microwave or on the stove break it into pieces and keep it ready.
Now add youghurt mixture into the pan and allow it to boil for 5 mins in a slow flame.
Add the roasted papads and mix well.
Transfer it to a serving bowl .
Before eating add some crispy boondhis and garnish with celantro.
Eat it with rotis or with chapathis
