CAPSICUM PAPPU SAMBHAR

Capsicum sambhar is an excellent dish when tasted with rice .
Let us see how to make this yummy sambhar.
This recipe will serve 3 to  members.

INGREDIENTS
1Large capsicum chopped medium size
2 tbsp sambhar powder
oil
mustard seeds
curry leaves
salt to taste
asafoetida  
toor dhal 1 cup boiled with turmeric 
Tamarind
1 Tomato
PROCEDURE:

Boil toor dhal make it into paste and keep it seperately.
Take a pan pour some oil add mustard seeds,green chilly,curry leaves, asafoetida and fry for 5 mins.
Now add the capsicum ,tomato,sambhar powder and fry for about 2  mins .
Add the tamarind water salt and allow it to boil for about 10 mins.
Now add the toor dhal .
Let the sambhar boils for another 10 mins.
If the sambhar becomes very thick you can add some watet and oil for just two mins.
Transfer it to a serving plate.
Your yummy sambhar is ready to go into your tummy.......
