1 Cup rice (boiled and allow it to cool for an min of half an hour.This is needed because if you add the lemon in the hot rice it might taste bitter and spoil the whole food)
2 green chillies
mustard seeds
1 tsp urad dhal
asafortida
ground nuts
curry leaves
1 lemon (squeeze it and keep the juice ready in a small cup)
salt
turmeric powder
PROEDURE
Take bowl and put the boiled rice.
In a tadka pan pour some oil add mustard seeds allow it to splutter.
Now add green chilles ,urad dhal,asafoetida,groundnuts ,curry leaves and fry for two mins in a slow flame.
Add little turmeric in the oil and fry for a min.
Add this mixture to the rice.
Now add the lemon juice and start mixing till all the juice and the tadka mixture gets mixed up well with the rice.
Now your rice is ready to munch......
