COCONUT BURFI

INGREDIENTS
1 cup grated coconut
half cup sugar( you can add 1 cup sugar also but i personally prefer only less sweet so i add 1 1/2)
2 to 3 spoons milk
water
ghee
cardamon powder

PROCEDURE
Take a pan add some ghee fry the coconut for about 2 mins and keep it separately.
Now in the same pan add the sugar water ( half cup sugar = quarter cup water) and milk.
Allow it to boil till the sugar syrup reaches one string consistancy.
When the sugar syrup reaches that level add the fried coconuts and mix it well.
IF  the coconut is still in a liquid form stir continuously till it becomes thick
Add some ghee and cardamom powder.
Take a plate and apply some ghee  thoroughly and spread the burfi mixture from the pan and keep it inside the fridge for 1 and a half hour.
Now remove it from the fridge and make it into pieces .
Enjoy the burfi!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
