RADDISH MOONG DHAL CURRY

 INGREDIENTS:

Grated raddish
Moong dhal 3 to 4 spoons
mustard seeds
green chillies
asafoetida
turmeric
urad dhal 1 tbsp
oil
curry leaves
salt

PROCEDURE
Take a small cup and soak the moong dhal for a minimum of 15 mins before you start cooking.
Take pan pour some oil and allow it to heat
Add mustard seeds ,urad dhal,green chillies and curry leaves.
Fry for 2 mins and add some asafoetida.
Now add the grated raddish  and the soaked moong dhal.
Add some salt turmeric and mix it well.
Cover the pan and keep the flame in sim.
After 5 to 6 mins open the lid and check if the vegetables have boiled.
Fry for another 5 mins and transfer it to a serving bowl.
Now your raddish curry is ready to taste.
