carrots

2 to 3 green chillies
asafoetida

coriander leaves
Lemon juice
1 spoon garam masala
chat masala ( optional)
ginger grated
PROCEDURE
Boil the potatoes smash it and keep it seperately.
Now boil the other vegetables ,grated ginger and mix it along with the smashed potatoes
Add asafoetida , jeera, lemon juice,garam masala,chat masala, turmeric,chopped green chillies ,salt , coriander leaves and mix it well.
Make this into a ball and keep it seperately
Take some plain corn flakes grind it make it into a powder and keep it seperately.
Now take the vegetable ball one by one dip it into the maida and roll it onto the cornflakes mixture and keep it seperately.
Now place the nuggets into the airfryer and fry it for about 12 to 15 mins at a temperature of 180 degree cel.
Your CRISPY VEGETABLE NUGGETS in ready to taste with the sauce.
