MASAL DOSA

INGREDIENTS
2 potatoes boiled and smashed
oil
turmeric 1 spoon
1 spoon urad dhal
1 spoon chenna dhal
curry leaves
asafoetida
2 to 3 green chillies
ginger chopped
1 tomato
3 onions
garlic 10 nos chopped
1 spoon besan flour(mix the beasn flour in a small cup with little water and keep it ready)
salt


PROCEDURE
Take a pan pour some oil
Allow it to heat and add some mustard ,asafoetida,curryleaves,ginger,green chillies ,onions and garlic
Fry for till onion becomes transparent.
Now add tomatoes and fry for about 5 mins add salt.
Once the toamtoes have boiled nicely add the smashed potatoes and fry nicely.
Add some water and now add the beasan flour water and stir nicely.
Allow it to boil till there is no raw smell of the flour.
Now your Masal is ready .
You can use this either for dosa or for puris.
NOTE( For dosa the masal should be thick and for puris the masal has to be little watery )
