SIMPLE EASY DRUMSTICK VATHAKOZHAMBU

INGREDIENTS
Drumsticks 5 to 6 nos
tamarind one small lemon sized
oil
chenna dhal
curry leaves
mustard seeds
red chilly 2 nos
asafoetida
jaggery little
salt
1 spoon sambhar powder
half spoon chilly powder

PROCEDURE
Boil the drumstick in a pressure cooker for 1 whistle.
Take a pan allow it to heat now pour oil add mustard seeds.
Let it splutter now add chenna dhal ,curry leaves ,asafoetida,red chillies,sambhar powder,turmeric,chilly powder and boiled drumsticks
Fry for 2 mins.
Now add the tamarind water if requires add extra water,salt and jaggery.
Allow it to boil for about 10 mins.
Your drumstick vathakozhambu is ready.
