Pudhina Chutney

                                  

Pudhina chutney is an awesome side sidh for dosa and idly.
It even tastes good when mixed with rice also.
Now let us see how to make this dish.



INGREDIENTS
1 Bunch Pudhina chopped
2 onions
2 tomatoes
2 cloves garlic
1 spoon mustard seed
1 spoon urad dhal
1 spoon chenna dhal
Salt according to your taste
3 to 4 red chillies
Oil
Turmeric

PROCEDURE
Take a pan allow it to heat and add some oil .
Now add mustard seeds , chenna dhal,uraddhal,red chillies and fry for about 2 mins.
Add salt,turmeric,redchillies  and fry for about 2 mins.
Now add onions,garlic and tomatoes fry for about 5 to 6 mins.
Next check wheather the onions and tomatoes have boiled and add the pudhina leaves.
Fry for about 2 to 3 mins switch off the flame and allow it to cool .
Now take a mixer grind it and make it into paste.
Serve hot with dosa and idlies.
