RADDISH DRUMSTICK COCONUT SAMBHAR



INGREDIENTS
Sliced raddish
chopped drumstick
boiled toor dhal
grated coconut
sambhar powder 2 spoons
turmeric powder
salt
tomato
small onions 
oil
curry leaves
mustard seeds
tamarind
dhaniya powder

PROCEDURE
Boil the toor dhal samsh it and keep it seperately.
Take a pan pour some oil add mustard seeds, curry leaves,dhaniya powder,turmeric,sambhar  powder and mix well
Now add the onions and fry.
Add the tomatoes ,raddish ,drumstick and sort it well with the other ingredients.
Add  the tamarind water and allow it to boil.
Add sambhar powder
Let it boil.
Now add salt and the smashed toor dhal , grated coconut and transfer it to the cooker.
Let it cook for 2 whistles
Now your sambhar is ready.
