Raw mango chopped big sized
oil
mustard
urad dhal 1 spoon
1 spoon chilly powder
1 spoon rice flour
salt
small lemon sized jaggery
2 green chillies
1 pinch turmeric
curry leaves
PROCEDURE
Take a pan add some oil allow it to heat.
Add some mustard seeds, urad dhal , green chillies , curry leaves ,asafoetida and raw mangoes.
Fry for 2 mins and some water.
Now add salt ,chilly powder and jaggery.
Allow it to boil . Add 1 spoon of rice flour mixed with water without lumps Now mix this rice flour water into the pachadi .
Allow it to boil for 5 mins.
Now your RAW MANGO PACHADI IS READY.
