Broccoli is used for preventing cancer of the prostate, breast, colon, bladder, and stomach. Some people also use it for boosting the effectiveness of the immune system.
INGREDIENTS
Chopped broccoli
1 Spoon mustard
1 Spoon jeera
1 Spoon chenna dhal
1 Spoon urad dhal
Curry leaves
2 to 3 Dry chillies
Asafoetida
Oil
Salt
PROCEDURE
Take a pan pour 2 spoons of oil allow it to heat and add mustard, jeera,chenna dhal,urad dhal,curry leaves,dry chillies , asafoetida and fry till all everything gets roasted.
Now add the chopped BROCCOLI and fry for about 2 to 3 mins.
Add some water salt cover the lid and allow it to boil for about 5 mins.
Now remove the lid and check whether the vegetables have boiled.
Now your curry is ready to serve .
