INGREDIENTS
2 spoons custard powder
fruits of your own choice .Here in this recipe i have used bananas ,grapes,apples and some dryfruits like grated almonds and raisins
sugar according to your taste
2 cups of milk
PROCEDURE
Take a cooking pan add half cup of milk and on to it pour the custard mixture mix it well
When it starts to thick add the balance one and a half cup of milk and cook till it becomes thick(the concistency is not too thick .IT SHOULD LOOK LIKE A CREAMY LIQUID)
At this point of time add sugar stir it nicely and switch off the stove.
Pour the custard mixture slowly into the bowl and using a spatula mix the fruits gently with the custard.
Keep it in the fridge for a minimum of 2 hours and serve it cold
Now enjoy your fruit salad with custard
