indo chinese chapati noodles



INGREDIENTS
Oil, jeera, sliced potatoes 1 no, 1 cup frozen peas, 1 cup chopped carrot, lemon juice 1 spoon, chopped tomato,i spoon turmeric,1 chopped capsicum,cabbage,broccoli,onion slices, curryleaves,ginger paste,garlic paste and green chilly paste,1 spoon sambhar powder, 1 cup tomato sauce,1 spoon soy sauce, pepper powder and 2 slit green chilles.



 METHOD

Heat the pan pour some oil allow it to heat and add  jeera.
 Now add curry leaves fry it for 2 secs and now add ginger garlic and green chilly paste.


 Add the onion slices and fry well.




 Next add the tomato pieces and fry till it becomes soft and tender.


 Now add all the veggies one after the other add sambhar powder,salt,turmeric.pepper powder and fry till all the veggies are completely boiled.



 Once the veggies are boiled completely add the tomato and soya sauce and mix it well.




 Take the chapatis required and chop it into thin slices.




 Now mix the chapati with the veggie gravy 

 Stir ir well and serve it hot .
