INGREDIENTS
1 packet instant Maggi noodles
1 cup finely chopped mixed boiled vegetables (carrots, beans, cauliflower etc)
1 cup boiled, peeled and mashed potatoes
2 packets maggi masala
¼ cup finely chopped coriander
1 teaspoon jeera
1 tsp Garam masala/chat masala
Salt to taste
1 tsp chilly powder
maida 2 tsp mixed with water
1 cup bread crumbs
Method:
Cook the instant noodles in boiling water without the tastemaker.
Drain the water (if any) completely and allow to cool.
Combine all the ingredients including the noodles in a bowl and mix well using your hands. Make it into a medium sized ball and keep it seperately.
Divide the mixture into small portions.
In a seperate plate put the bread crumbs .
Take the ball dip it first in the maida mixture and roll it over the bread crumbs and place it in the air fryer at 180 degree celcius for 25 mins.
Your crispy cutlets are ready to serve.
