MUTTER PANEER

INGREDIENTS
1 tsp jeera
2 big onions
4 tomatoes
3 tsp oil
ajwain 1 tsp
2 tsp curry powder
celantro chopped
2 green chillis
1 cup paneer
chopped ginger
garlic 2 cloves
2 green chillies
1 tsp chilly powder
1 cup peas
1 tsp butter
asafoetida
salt to taste
1 tsp garam masala
2 tsp dhaniya powder
1 tsp jeera powder
1 tsp corn starch(mix with little water in a cup and keep it separately)


METHOD
In  blender make tomato  puree and onion puree and keep it seperately.(while making onion puree add 2 green chillies chopped ginger and garlic and grind along with the onion)
In a pan pour some oil add jeera ,ajwain,onion puree and fry for 2 mins.
Now add the tomato puree let it boil now add dhaniya powder,jeera powder,curry masala powder,garam masala powder,chilly powder,salt and allow it to boil.(shallow fry the paneer and keep it ready)
Now add the peas and paneer and cover the pan with a lid and allow it to cook for about 10 mins.
Now add the corn starch mixture and allow it to cook for 5 mins.
Add the chopped celantro and garnish .
MUTTER PANEER is ready to serve.
