INGREDIENTS
2 Boiled potatoes cubed
1 cup curd
salt to taste
1/2 spoon curry powder
chopped celantro
1 sliced onions
2 green chillies chopped
hing a pinch
oil
1 spoon urad dhal
2 red chillies
PROCEDURE
Take a big bowl put curd now add salt ,curry powder,onions ,potaoes,hing and mix well.
Now add the chopped green chillies and celantro
In a tadka pan pour some oil once it heats add jeera, mustard seeds ,urad dhal and red chillies and pour it over the raita.
Tastes good with roiti ,chapatis and naan
