CHILLY PAROTA


CHILLY PAROTA
sounds good not not that it will also taste so good.
Its a parota blended with all the other ingredients and will taste so good when served hot on a rainy day.
Lets check out how to make this mouth watering recepie.



INGREDIENTS NEEDED

  • chopped tomatoes 3
  • chopped onions 3

  • green peas
  • chopped capsicum
  • jeera
  • chopped celantro
  • sweet corn
  • green chillies 2
  • chilly powder 1 tsp
  • 1 tsp bisibelabath powder(u may wonder why should we add bisibelabath powder for chilly parota but u will only understand the answer only when u taste it)
  • oil
  • mustard seeds
  • chopped parota
  • 2 spoons of ginger garlic paste

PROCEDURE


  1. Take a pan pour some oil add mustard jeera allow it to pop.
  2. Add some curry leaves
  3. Add onions and fry add peas,capsicum,tomatoes and fry till all the veggies becomes soft.
  4. Add chilly powder,salt,bisibelabath powder and give it a quick stir.
  5. Wait for 5 to 8 mins add corn and the chopped parota.
  6. Garnish it with some celantro.
  7. Serve hot with raita.
