Pav bhaji masala

Pav bhaji is a traditional North Indian food.
It is one of the famous street food of mumbai which is loved not only by North Indians but also loved by the people all over the world.
Lets check out how to make the pav bhaji masala which is the main which gives taste when tasted with the butter toasted buns......
INGREDIENTS
    • 1 cup chopped onions
  1. 1 cup chopped tomatoes
  2. 1 cup chopped capsicum
  3. butter
  4. jeera 1 tsp
  5. garam masala 1 spoon
  6. pav bhaji masala 2 spoons
  7. coriander powder 1 spoon
  8. chilly powder half spoon( everest tikhalal chilly powder' when u add this instead of ordinary powder it gives a good taste and colour)
  9. salt
  10. oil
  11. hing a pinch
  12. turmeric powder a pinch
  13. celantro
  14. ginger garlic paste 1 spoon
  15. 1 cup mashed potatoes


PROCEDURE
  • Take a pan pour some butter allow it to melt add jeera ,ginger garlic paste ,onions and fry.
  • Now add tomatoes , and fry till it becomes soft add capsicum and fry.
  • Add all the masala powders along with salt add water and allow it to boil till all the veggies becomes soft and mushy.  

  • Switch off the pan once the veggies  are done and allow it to cool completely.
  • Take a blender and grind the veggies coarsly (not a smooth paste a corse paste
  • ) and keep it seperately.
  • Take a pan again add butter add the veggie paste and fry nicely now add the mashed potatoes and cook for 10 mins in a slow flame .
  • Now garnish it with some celantro and serve with hot pav buns.
