SAKHARAMBHA ( ATASTY HOMEMADE MANGO JAM )




Kids love jams , but how far it is good to give children jams bought from store which has a lots of preservatives.

  • This recepie is one of the kids favourite food jam out of mango ( made this exclusively as it is a mango season ) without any preservaties.


  • INGREDIENTS


  • Mango paste 1 cup
  • sugar half cup ( half cup is enough if it is really a sweet one)

  • PROCEDURE

  • Take a pan pour the mango paste little water , sugar and mix it well.




  • Stir continuously and allow it to boil till it becomes thick.

  • Once the pulp comes to jam consistency remove it.


  • Wait till the jam cools down completely and transfer it to a clean bottle jar.

  • This jam if refrigerated lasts for 3 months .

  • Now you can make delicious home made jams for your kids.
