Palak paneer is a very tasty side dish for chapati.
It is one of the delicious dish of North Indian Cuisine.
Ingredients
Boiled palak ( chopped , boiled ,and pureed paste)
2 large tomatoes finely chopped
large tomatoes chopped
ginger garlic paste
chilly powder 1 spoon
palak paneer masala 2 spoons
chilly powder half spoon'
coriander powder 1 spoon
oil
jeera
corn flour powder 1 spoon mixed with water
salt
sugar (optional)
2 green chillies
hing a pinch
paneer pieces
PROCEDURE
- Take a pan
- pour some oil add jeera, hing ,green chillies, ginger garlic paste ,onion and fry well.
- Now add onions and fry till it becomes transcluscent.
- Add tomatoes and fry for a minute
- Add all the mentioned masalas and mix well add little water.
- Add the palak puree , salt, sugar, and allow it to boil well.
- After boiling completely add the chopped paneer pieces and boil for 5 to 6 mins.
- Atlast add the corn flour water and boil for 5 mins and transfer it to a serving bowl
