CHENNA MASALA

Chenna masala is one of the most healthiest dish which can be consumed by all the people with rice and chapati.

This is one of my husbands favourite dish as he is highly conscious in his food.Let us see how to make this dish .




INGREDIENTS


Boiled chenna ( in  a blender just whip the chennas let it be roughly coarse , not a smooth paste)

chopped capsicum
onion paste 1 cup
tomato paste 1 cup
ginger garlic paste a pinch
celantro chopped
chenna masala powder
garam masala powder
coriander powder
turmeric a pinch
 hing
chilly powder
oil
jeera


PROCEDURE




Take a cooker  put spme oil add jeera ,ginger garlic paste saute add hing ,onion paste , tomato paste ,cpsicum and all the masalas mentioned with required amount of salt and cook for 5 mins .

Add boiled chenna little sugar and cover the cooker and cook for 1 whistle .

Take out the chenna garnish with some celantro and some tangy lemon juice.

SERVE HOT WITH PURIS AND CHAPATIS.
