'Pizza, pizza ,pizza" is your kids shouting for pizza?
I can understand the mommies heart feel bad when their kids always eat pizza from shop.
I even understand that mommies has to undergo a tiresome job of making pizza at home which involves making dough ,flattening it, making sauce( now i can read your mind that many think u can easily get pizza base ,sauce from shop but that too involves going, buying,finding the right shop where u get all the things and above all that all do not have supermarkets so close to your house where u can find all the materials)
Leave of the tension mommies.
Lets shout with the kids its a pizza time.
Why pizza ?
LET US NAME IT "DOSIZAAAAA TIME"!!!!
Yes dosizza is a healthier version of making it in a jiffy when your kids ask for it.
I made this pizza at home for my kid who is less than 4 yrs old so i have added only less spice in this recepie
If you wish you can add more spicy and alter the taste (after all its your kitchen its your wish)
LETS SEE HOW TO MAKE DOSA AS PIZZA.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 chopped onions
- 1 chopped tomato
- sweet corn
- 1 tsp tomato ketch up
- quarter tsp chilly powder
- salt
- sweet corn
- chopped coriander
- grated cheese
- oil
- jeera
- grated cheese
- dosa batter
PROCEDURE
- Take a pan pour some oil add jeera ,onions and fry till onions becomes brown.
- Add tomatoes ,chilly powder,salt and fry till it become soft and mushy.
- Add some corn and fry trasfer it to a bowl and keep it aside.
- Take a dosa tawa pour some batter (make it a big thick like uthappam ) and allow it to cook.
- Add some oil in the middle add tomato ketch up spread it and on the top add the fried veggies cover the lid allow it to cook.
- Once it gets cooked add the grated cheese and coriander and wait it it starts melting.(cook the dosa in a slow flame do not allow dosa to over burn)
- Take th dosa from the corners and yummy dosizza is ready to enjoy with your kids.
