Ingredients:
curd - 1 cup
boiled and cubed pumpkins
Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
Salt As needed
Curry leaves - few
Oil - 1 tsp
FOR MAKING PASTE
Urad dal - 1/2 tsp
Jeera - 1/2 tsp
Channa Dhal - 1 tbsp
Red chillies - 1
Coconut - 1.5 tbsp
1 tsp coriander powder
FOR TADKA
Mustard -1 tsp
Curry leaves - few
Oil - 1/2 tsp
Hing a generous pinch
8 cloves of garlic
1 tsp grated ginger
METHOD
1. Take a pan and dry roast the ingredients whuch have been mentioned under the heading' to roast and paste '.
Take a blender and makeit into a paste
e2. Heat a tsp of oil in a kadai and add the boiled pumpkins .Heat oil in a kadai, add the ingredients under heading "for tadka" and fry it.
Add curd and mix well.
3. Add the grinded paste and add turmeric .
Allow it to boil when you see the foamy texture appears in the corner of the kadai switch off the flame.
Transfer it to a serving bowl and eat it with roasted vegetable and papad.
