VEG BURGER INDIAN STYLE

INGREDIENTS
FOR MAKING GREEN CHUTNEY

1 Bunch of pudhina leaves
roasted goundnuts
jeera
salt
green chillies and ginger





FOR MAKING ALOO PATTIES

3 to 4 medium sized boiled and smashed aloo
1 cup boiled and smashed peas
salt
jeera
red chilly powder
turmeric
2 spoons of rice flour



OTHER INGREDIENTS NEEDED
Buns
cheese slices
onions tomatoes cucumber and tomato ketchup


 METHOD
TO MAKE GREEN CHUTNEY
Take a pan pour some oil add jeera green chilly,ginger and fry.

once the above ingredients are fried add the pudhina leaves and fry.
 add salt ,roasted groundnuts put it into a blender and make it into a paste.
Now your green chutney is ready.


METHOD TO MAKE ALOO PATTIES


Take a bowl add smashed potatoes ,peas,salt,turmeic,red chilly powder ,rice powder jeera and mix it well.




Make a thick big and round patties and keep it \
ready









take a pan pour some ghee or oil and shallow fry and keep it ready.










Now lets see how to arrange the bun.
cut the bun in the middle .
apply green chutney on the bottom layer and tomato ketchup on the top layer
keep the cheese slice on the bottom layer
next keep the patty ,on ion ,tomato,cucumber slices and cover the bun with the top layer.
Insert a tooth pick and keep it ready.
If you have oven u can toast it for 2 mins if u do not have take a pan put some butter keep the burger  cover the lid and toast it for 2 mins.your veg burger is ready to serve with sauce.
