INGREDIENTS
Chopped tomatoes 2 nos
chopped onions 2 nos
1 cup of diced cauliflower florets
1 spoon ginger
1 spoon garlic`
1 spoon green chilly minced
1 spoon chilly powder
1 spoon dhaniya powder
salt
oil
asafoetida a pinch
1 spoon curry powder
curry leaves
celantro chopped
jeera
mustard seeds
PROCEDURE
Take a pan pour some oil add some mustard ,jeera,curry leaves, asafoetida and fry for a min.
Now add gin ger,garlic ,green chilly,onion and fry for 2 mins.
Add tomatoes chilly powder,dhaniya powder salt curry powder fry and cover the pan with a lid and allow it to boil with some water till the tomatoes becomes soft and mushy.
Add the diced cauliflower fry and transfer it to the cooker and cook for 3 to 4 whistles.
Wait till the steam gets released in the cooker garnish it with some celantro and serve it hot with chapati or dosa.
