theen mirchi ka aloo



Aloo is one of the universal veggie which loved by all.
It tastes good with plain rice , chapati etc
This recipe is a combination of three mirchis cooked with the potatoes and comes out with an excellent taste .

Try it out and enjoy.


INGREDIENTS

1 Cup boiled and chopped potatoes
1 cup chopped onions
oil
urad dhal
chenna dhal
curry leaves
hing
pepper powder quarter spoon
red chilly powder quarter spoon
roughly minced green chilly quarter spoon
tumeric powder a pinch
salt

PROCEDURE

Take a pan pour some oil add mustard seeds ,curry leaves,urad and chenna dhal fry.
Add hing onions and fry nicely till the onion changes its colour.
Add all then 3 chillies ,turmeric,salt and fry well.
Now add the boiled potatoes and cook till it is completely roasted.
Serve it with hot rice.
