aloo paratha


INGREDIENTSFOR STUFFING

1 Cup boiled and mashed aloo

chopped celantro

chopped green chilly

hing

gram masala

turmeric powder

salt


OTHER INGREDIENTS


atta flour

oil

water

salt


PROCEDURE


Mix atta flour ,water ,salt, oil in a large bowl and keep it seperately.


In a large bowl add the boiled potatoes and other ingredients mentioned in the stuffing list mix and make balls and keep it ready.




Take a atta ball roll it over the rolling pin.


Now take a potato stuffing ball and keep it inside the atta.Now cover all the other side completely .Make sure the aloo doesnt comes outside.



Now roll the atta nicely in the rolling pin and cook using a tawa on both the sides.


Your paratha is ready.
