Aloo Methi Malai Curry is a combination of aloo and fenugreek leaves. It is a creamy textured dish and goes well when served with the Indian flat breads.

- 2 large chopped onions
- 3 large chopped tomatoes
- ginger garlic paste 1 spoon
- oil
- jeera
- aloo chopped 2 nos
- 1 cup fenugreek leaves
- turmeric powder 1 pinch
- mirchi powder 2 spoons
- dhaniya powder 2 spoons
- Garam masala powder 1 spoon
- curry powder 1 spoon
- salt
- sugar 1 spoon
- chopped celantro
- fresh cream ( according to your taste u can add . As my husband wont prefer eating much fat foods I have added only 2 spoons of cream for a rich taste. Other wise U can alter it using even 1 cup of fresh cream )
PROCEDURE
- Take a pan pour 1 spoon of oil add chopped onions and tomatoes fry nicely till it becomes soft and smooth.
- Now take a blender once it cools down make it into a fine paste.
- Take a cooker pour some oil add jeera roast till and now add the tomato onion paste and fry well.
- Now add the chopped fenureek leaves and chopped potatoes.
- Take a small cup add all the masala powders including salt ,sugar little water and make it into a smooth paste.
- Pour this into the cooker and cook for 2 whistles.
- Allow the steam to goes off from the cooker .Add the fresh cream and just cook for 3 to 4 mins .
- Garnish with celantro nd serve hot with Indian flat breads.
