Maggi in a Dhabba style

Maggi is a very easy food which is most popular among kids.
It is a very tasty and easy to make  bachelor's recepie .
It is a good food for busy people's too.
Though maggi is a common and a simple food the twist what I made special in this is I have made a dhabba style maggi .
The taste was sooooo good and mouthwatering and it was absolutely enjoyed by my kid.
The maggi was gone completely into my family members tummy in no time.


Ingredients


  • 1 cup of mixed vegetables
  • Onions chopped
  • Tomatoes chopped
  • Oil
  • Salt

Masala powders required


  • 1 packet maggi tastemaker
  • Turmeric
  • Chilly powder 1 tsp
  • Pavbhaji masala 1 tsp
  • Garam masala 1 tsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tsp

Tadka items


  • Jeera
  • Curry leaves
  • Green chillies slit 3 nos

Procedure


  1. Boil maggi drain water and keep it separately. 
  2. Take a pan pour some oil add the tadka items fry well.
  3. Now add the onions , salt fry well.
  4. Add in tomatoes cook for 5  mins .
  5. Now add in the other mixed vegetables .
  6. Put the masala powders as stated above.
  7. Cook nicely till all the vegetables becomes soft and tender.
  8. Now add the cooked maggi and fry till all the masalas are evenly coated .
  9. Serve hot with sauce.
