Paneer butter masala

Paneer butter masala is one of the most famous paneer recepies in Indian cuisine.
It is one of the rich Indian delicacy which is ordered by many people in Indian restaurants. 
Lets see how to make this dish at home in a healthier way.

Ingredients

Onion large 2 nos
Tomatoes 3 nos
Kasthuri methi crushed 1 spoon
Oil
Jeera
Curry leaves
Asafoetida
Turmeric powder
Red chilli powder 2 spoons
Paneer butter masala powder 2 spoons
Jeera powder 1 spoon
Coriander powder 1 spoon
1 spoon corn flour powder 
Paneer cubes 1 cup
Butter 1 spoon
Fresh cream 2 spoons
Salt

Method for making white paste

Soak kas kas and cashew nuts for a minimum of 2 hrs and make it into a fine white paste.

Procedure

Take a cooker pour some butter and fry onions , tomatoes , asafoetida , turmeric , red chilli powder, jeera , dhaniya , paneer butter masala powder and fry well till it becomes soft .

Allow it to cool down.

Make it into a fine paste .

Make the white paste as mentioned and keep it ready.




Now once again take a cooker add butter jeera , curry leaves and mix well.

Add the white paste , salt and paneer cubes.

Cover the cooker and cook for 2 whistles. 

Remove once the steam goes off completely. 

Add kasuri methi , , celantro and 2 spoons of fresh cream.

Atlast add the corn flour powder mix with little water with out lumps .

Add it to the mixture and cook for 2 mins. 

Serve hot with phulkas or fried rice.
