Corn ka subzi

Corn is one crop which is extensively grown in Rajasthan.
This subzi is made out of curd or yoghurt. This is one of the best Indian curry that goes well with Phulkas and chapathis.


Ingredients

Boiled sweet corn kennels 1 cup
Onions 2 nos roughly chopped
Celantro chopped
Jeera
Oil
Green chilles 2 nos
Besan flour 2 tsp
Yoghurt 1 cup
Salt

Procedure

Take a blender add the raw onion pieces , jeera , green chillies and make it into a fine paste.




In a seperate cup add yogurt mixed with besan flour and keep it separately. 



Now take a pan add jeera and the first onion white paste and cook for few mins.

Now add the yoghurt besan mixture and cook for 3 to 4 mins in a medium flame.

Add the corn kennels and celantro.




Mix salt as required. 

Serve hot.
