Mixed masala vegetable kurma

Kurma is a great side dish fir chapattis. It is a gravy curry which can be made in multiple ways .

Here in this recepie I have mixed various masalas .
Though it was a new trial it resulted with a good  result as I found no left over if kurma in the vessel .



Ingredients

1 cup of mixed vegetables
2 large tomatoes roughly chopped
3 large onion roughly chopped
1 tsp garam masala powder
1 tsp dhaniya powder
1 tsp pav bhaji masala
1 tsp cholle masala
Red chilly powder
Pinch of turmeric
Curry leaves
Oil
Salt
Sugar

Ingredients  needed for making white paste

1 tsp kas kas
5 full cashews
5 almonds
2 tsp grated coconut. 

Procedure

Take a cooker put some oil add jeera , tomatoes , onion s, turmeric , chilly powder , garam masala powder, dhaniya powder , pav bgaji masaka powder, cholke masala powder , red chilly , salt and cook for 2 whistles .

Now wait till the steam goes off  completely. 

Cook the onion and tomatoes till it becomes thick .

Allow it to cool down. 

Now make it into a fine paste.



Now take all the ingredients mentioned under the INGREDIENTS FOR MAKING WHITE PASTE .

Soak for a minimum of one hour and make it into a fine paste. 





Take all the the mixed vegetables.




Take a cooker add oil , jeera red paste , white paste , vegetables , salt , sugar cover and cook for 3 whistles .





Allow the steam to go off completely. 

Add celantro .

Serve hot .
