veg biriyani ( my style )

Vegetable Biriyani is a traditional Mughlai dish prepared with chopped vegetables and spices . This recepie is a easy to make which can be made in a jiffy .

It is one of the best lunch box recepie. 



Ingredients

1 cup chopped vegetables
1 tsp biriyani masala
1 cup cooked basmati rice
Salt
1 lavang
Patta 1
Garam masala 1 tsp
Dhaniya powder 2 tsp
Celantro chopped
Onions chopped 
Tomatoes chopped 
3 green chillies

Proedure

Take a pan add oil patta , lavang , bay leaf  , green chilles , onions , tomatoes and fry nicely. 



Now add all the vegetables let it cook.

Add salt and all masala powders and cook well till it is completely combined with alk the vegetables .



Now add  the cooked and cooled basmati rice .

Mix well add chopped celantro .

Serve with raita.
