Sabudhana vadai are very simple to make .
It is so crunchy and just melts in the mouth. It is one of the traditional Maharashrian recepie .
Ingredients
Boiled potatoes 2 no
Soaked and completely squeezed , drained sabudhana
Onions chopped
Green chillies chopped
Ginger chopped
Curry leaves
Salt
Procedure
Soak sago for 30 mins squeeze water completely and keep it aside.
Take boiled and smashed aloo.
Take a big bowl add sabudhana , onions , green chillies , potatoes , gibger , curry leaves , salt and mix nicely now make it into a small balls.
Heat oil deep fry and serve hot with tomato ketchup or with green chutney.
