Pineapple rasam is a special variety of rasam.
It has a unique taste and its worth trying out this rasam .
Ingredients
Half cup of tamrind pulp
1 cup pine apple puree
Few chopped pineapple pieces
2 spoons rasam powder
Salt
1 large chopped tomato
Salt
Ghee
Mustrd
Jeera
Celantro and few curry leaves.
Boiled Toor dhal water
Sugar 1 tsp
Procedure
Take a vessel add tamarind pulp , , tomato paste , , rasam powder , salt curry leaves and allow it to boil for 5 mins .
Now add the pineapple paste and pieces and again boil for 5 mins.
Add salt and sugar.
Now add the dhal water and allow it to boil till the foamy layer appears .
Now take a tadka pan add ghee , mustard , jeera and allow to splutter .
Add this to the rasam garnish with celantro .
Serve hot .
