Andhra pesarett is a special dosa which is made out of green grams and rawrice

For this you need
INGREDIENTS
1 cup green gram
Half cup raw rice
2 to 3 green chillies
ginger a small piece
salt
jeera
coriander leaves
PROCEDURE
Soak the green gram raw rice with water for about 5 hours.
After 5 hours remove the water and put it in the blender with green chillies,ginger,salt,jeera and coriander leaves.
Make it into a fine batter and allow it to ferment for minimun of 2 hours for better results.
Take a dosa pan spread the batter round and allow it to roast for about 2 mins.
Now your pesarett is ready to taste with some chutney or sambhar.
