Green leafy vegetable dry curry




INGREDIENTS

1 bunch green leafy vegetable
1 spoon mustard
1 spoon jeera
1 spoon chenna dhal
1 spoon urad dhal
Asafoetida a pinch
Turmeric
Oil
Salt
1 spoon grated coconut
2 to 3 dry red chillies
Half spoon  sambhar powder

PROCEDURE
 Take a pan pour some oil allow it to heat.
Now add some mustard,jeera,chenna dhal,urad dhal, asafoetida ,dry red chillies and fry for a minute.
Add the chopped leafy vegetable,salt,turmeric,sambhar powder and fry for about a minute.
Add some water and cover the pan allow it to boil for about ten minutes on a slow flame.
Now check wheather the vegetable has boiled and fry till all the water gets evaporated.
Add some grated coconut atlast and fry for a minute .
Serve it hot with rice.
