INGREDIENTS
1 cup boiled rice
2 onions
2 tomatoes
1 bunch pudhina
2 cloves garlic
Mustard
Jeera
Cloves
Patta
Bayleaf
1 spoon sambhar powder ( for a nice flavour and aroma)
1 spoon red chilly powder
1 spoon dhaniya
Ghee
Cashew nuts
PROCEDURE
Take a pan pour 1 spoon oil and fry the pudhina leaves for
about 3 mins and make it into a paste using mixie.
Keep it separately.
Now add 2 spoons of oil and add
mustard,jeera,cloves,patta,bayleaf,sliced onions and fry till the onion changes
its colour to golden brown.
Now add the diced tomatoes ,red chilly powder,garlic,sambhar
powder,redchilly powder,dhaniya powder some water and allow it to boil for
about 5 to 6 mins
Add some salt.
After boiling add the grinded pudhina paste and mix it well.
Keep it separately.
Now add the boiled rice and mix it well.
Garnish the rice with some ghee and cashews.
