Bitterguard Curry

                                    



INGREDIENTS

Sliced Bitterguard
Oil 2 tsp
1 tsp urad dhal
1 tsp chenna dhal
1 tsp mustard seeds
2 to 3 dry red chillies
Asafoetida
Salt to taste
Sugar to taste
Grated coconut 1 spoon

PROCEDURE

In a pan pour some oil and allow it to heat for a minute.
Now add mustard seeds , asafoetida chenna dhal, urad dhal red chillies and some curry leaves .
Fry it for a minute and add the diced bottle guard.
Add some salt sugar  and water  .
Fry for a min add some water cover the pan and allow it to cook for about 10 mins in a slow flame .
Now open the cover and fry the bitter guard until all the water get evaporated .
Add some grated coconuts and now your bottle guard is ready to taste.
