ANDHRA TOMATO PAPPU



INGREDIENTS
Boiled toor dhal 1 cup
1 tomato chopped
2 green chillies
2 cloves garlic
1 spoon mustard seeds
curry leaves
asafoetida
urad dhal 1 spoon
1 spoon jeera
1 red chilly
turmeric powder
salt
oil
1 spoon sambhar powder(optional)

PROCEDURE
Take a pan pour some oil and allow it to heat.
Add mustard seeds let it splutter add asafoetida green chillies ,redchilly,urad dhal,jeera,garlic and fry for 2 mins.
Add sambhar powder ,tomatoes and fry for 2 mins.
Add some water and cover the pan allow the tomato to boil.
Once the tomatoes have boiled add the boiled toor dhal.( NOTE : smash the toor dhal nicely before adding into the pan)
Add salt ,turmeric powder and allow it to heat for 5 mins .
Now your TOMATO PAPPU IS READY TO TASTE.
