YUMMY EGGLESS BANANA RAISIN BREAD


INGREDIENTS

1 cup mashed bananas (about 3 pcs)
1 1/2 cup sugar
3/4 cup butter/shortening
1/2 cup milk mixed with 2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups flour mixed with 1 teaspoon baking powder and 1 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup RAISINS

PROCEDURE

Preheat oven 180*C for 5 mins
 Add cream butter/shortening and sugar
Now add milk ,lime mixture and vanilla essence
Add the  mashed banana  with flour mixture
pour batter on a greased loaf pan
bake 15-20mins or until golden brown

leave in pan for a few minutes before taking the bread off
**cool completely before storing in freezer.
