CRISPY BABY CORN DRY MANCHURIAN

Baby corn manchurian is an awesome evening snak which can served with tea or coffee.
This recipe will serve two members.

INGREDIENTS
 Baby corn 10 numbers
Quarter cup maida
2 table spoon rice flour
Food colour
Oil
Salt
Dhaniya powder
Garam masala
Chilly powder
jeera

PROCEDURE

Take a bowl put the big sliced baby corn and add maida ,rice flour,food colour, salt, dhaniya powder, garam masala ,jeera and chilly powder.
Pour some water (not too much) and mix till all the corn are mixed with the other ingredients.
Take a pan pour some oil and allow it to heat.
Now add the corn mixture slowly into the pan and wait till they becomes crispy.
Take a strainer and remove the corn .
Serve it hot with some tomato ketchup.
